The Requirements We Look for in a Client Service Associate:

• 0-3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants or similar industry preferred
• High school diploma and/or GED is a must
• Exhibits professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times
• Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to contribute new ideas
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and uses their time efficiently
• Superb relationship building skills with an outgoing and charming personality

Daily Responsibilities as a Client Service Associate:

• Demonstrate strong communication skills through active listening, understanding the customer’s needs, and identifying actions
• Provide exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment given support to families and community members
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
• Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
